Busy Busy day~~

Wow.. long have i had a busy day like 2dae:

9am-11am : breakfast and a little gaming :P

11am-12pm : Travel and waited for my manager "my friend" Freddy at outram MRT

12pm-3.30pm : Ah Ling's Wedding!!! Ome!!

3.30pm-4pm : En route to Bukit Batok for tuition, drop by Esso @ Upper Bukit Timah to take a few shots of Johnny Walker F1 car.

4pm-7pm : Tuition...

7pm-9pm : Dinner :P and took afew moon shots

9pm-11pm : Mini lantern celebration :D

The day i attended my first church wedding~

060908.. a day to remember for both my dear frend Howie and myself..

On this day, Howie changed his status from single to married!! Gekkou Omedetto!!!

Best wishes, stay true and faithful always~~ i know u will my frend :DAnd btw, its my first time attending a wedding on my own and not with my family so its memorable too :P

The month mom was back...

A month passed super quickly..
mom was here and she will leave 2molo already~~
was working so can only join them during the weekends and
Toshio was saying "Y alvin gege is with us for so short time only?"
this really warmed my heart >.<>

Gtg.. my last day to bring them out.. took off juz for this :D

Will miss them.. hope i can go next yr to visit, if not it will be 2009 christmas will i see them again~~

The ice creams were nice!! With 24 flavours to choose from(free flow), free flow of waffles too~~ :D
Would really recommend Chocolate Esctasy and their sorbets..

Got to know 2 friendly gals too~~ Eunice and Sharral (hope i got the spellings right) and chatted about studying in RP~~

I don't understand why people still try to hide their private information when it has been noticed or leaked... y dun just be truthful and perhaps with that we can all achieve pareto efficiency..

I'm now a fan of WALL-E!!!

This is a simple yet interesting movie talking about the future, when earth is overpopulated with rubbish and can't support life anymore. A megacorporation "Buy N Large" controls the entire world. When i mean control, it refers to every services and management(government). Seeing that earth cannot support life, Buy N Large sponsored for the residents of earth to live in space on board a ship named Axiom.

Wall-e are robots left behind to clear up the mess in effort to make life sustainable on earth again. Centuries passed and only 1 WALL-E is left operational. Overtime, he has developed human personality and emotions (having a cockroach as a pet, music and about holding hands).

EVE then appeared in his robot life.. and WALL-E falls for her.. The movie then shows WALL-E trying to hold EVE's hand and serveral disasters in which they try to save each other.

What i liked about this movie is the simplicity yet innovative concept.

Simplicity is that the emphasis on holding hands to potray love is really beautiful. I believe love should be that simple, holding hands and enjoying the moment or going through obstacles together.

Innovative is in the way how the producers visualize the future. Humans became so reliant on robots in the film that they do not even have to walk and as a result they are total couch potatoes(needing help to get back on the chair when they fall off). Pollution as such a serious problem that no life can survive on earth clearly delivers the message to viewers that its time we think about the place we live in and stop killing it. Corporations became so powerful that it overtakes the government.

Watch it and you might become a fan of WALL-E, just like i did :)

1 thing though, did they design WALL-E to be like ET or is it just me? :P
